Mobile App Account Deletion Guide

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, projects, and connections will be lost forever. Please make sure this is what you want to do before proceeding.

Delete Account from Mobile App

Step 1

Go to Profile

Open the app and navigate to your Profile section from the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2

Access Settings

Click on the Settings button (gear icon) located in the top right corner of your profile.

Step 3

Find Delete Profile

Scroll down in the Settings screen to find the 'Delete Profile' option at the bottom.

Step 4

Confirm Deletion

Tap on 'Delete Profile' and confirm your choice when prompted. Your profile will be permanently deleted.

What Happens After Deletion?

Data That Will Be Lost:

  • •Profile information and photos
  • •Project history and collaborations
  • •Messages and communications
  • •Earnings and payment history
  • •Reviews and ratings

Please Note:

  • •Deletion is immediate and permanent
  • •Cannot be undone once confirmed
  • •You can create a new account anytime
  • •Outstanding payments may take time to process
